Provisions Meal Subscription for 2 (recurring)

PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP:

Please Note: There will be NO meal the last/5th week of April.

Your subscription each month includes four weeks of chef-made, globally-inspired meals for two people. This subscription is auto-recurring, billed monthly on the same date you signed up. To edit your payment method, payment date, or pause or cancel your subscription please contact elana@sonomafamilymeal.org before your payment date.

Please keep in mind, we are unfortunately NOT able to make changes in your meal preference or pickup location from week to week, but can make these changes from month to month. A change in dietary preference or meal size would require you to cancel and re-sign up. 

The last Thursday of the month is the cutoff day for receiving Provisions in the upcoming month, therefore any sign-ups prior to the last Thursday of each month will apply to the upcoming month and any sign-ups thereafter will be applied to the following month.

This Provisions subscription helps SFM provide nourishing prepared meals for 7 families experiencing food insecurity each month!

What if I have an allergy or other specific dietary need?

At this time, we are only able to accommodate dietary preferences such as gluten free, dairy free, and certain allergies for an additional $10 per month charge. If you have a specific allergy or dietary request, please email us at elana@sonomafamilymeal.org in advance of making your purchase, to ensure we are able to accommodate it. We also provide all ingredients and allergen information on our meal sleeves (packaging), and strongly recommend that customers with food sensitivities or restrictions carefully review individual product packages for the most updated information before consuming.
